Hey everyone! I am super excited to be sharing this layout with you that I created using the new wildflower washi from The Ton! First off, this washi is GORGEOUS! I love the watercolor florals and I love that it is 3″ wide! So many possibilities!
I started by sticking the washi down on some white cardstock. Then using my cutterbee scissors, I carefully fussy cut around all of the images. There are some larger floral clusters, some smaller and some lone leaves as well. I thought they would make perfect die cuts for a layout.
Once I got all the pieces fussy cut out, it was just a matter of placement around my page. I chose this cute photo of my youngest son on our most recent trip to the farmers market. I placed one of the large floral clusters underneath my photo, and then layered another small flower behind it along with a puffy sticker.
I decided to cover up a lot of the black table in the photo with a smaller floral cluster and layered a tiny word sticker on top of it.
Then I added two large floral clusters at the top and bottom of my page, layering both with gold foil die cuts, puffy stickers and paper die cuts.
I finished off the page with a short title and some black enamel dots and splatters. Here’s another look at my layout using the new washi from The Ton:
